When everything is on the line, clients and lawyers across the country turn to Kevin. With a track record of securing record-breaking verdicts and holding powerful institutions accountable, Kevin is known for his relentless pursuit of justice and his ability to win high-stakes cases. He has recovered more than $500 million in verdicts and settlements, delivering life-changing results for his clients including the largest wrongful death and personal injury verdicts in Virginia history.
For Kevin, success isn’t just about winning—it’s about making sure his clients get everything they’re owed. He believes every case is an opportunity to right a wrong, and he takes that responsibility personally. “Our clients only get one chance at justice. It’s our duty to put everything we have into making that chance count.”
Kevin’s commitment to the courtroom began early in his career. Within his first year of practice, he tried six jury trials in just six months—an intense experience that solidified his passion for trial work and set the foundation for his relentless pursuit of justice. From that point forward, he dedicated himself to mastering his craft, continuously refining his skills to become one of the country’s most formidable trial lawyers.
That dedication has paid off. By the age of 33, Kevin has secured some of the largest verdicts and settlements in Virginia history, including:
• $360 million verdict against Cumberland Hospital and its former medical director, Dr. Daniel Davidow, in a case involving widespread sexual abuse disguised as medical treatment. The Richmond Circuit Court jury awarded $20 million in compensatory damages, $60 million in treble damages under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, and $40 million in punitive damages per plaintiff, setting a powerful precedent for survivor justice. Largest tort verdict in Virginia history.
• $24 million settlement for a seaman who suffered severe burn injuries from a flash fire aboard a barge. The case, resolved on the eve of trial, marked the largest settlement in Virginia that year.
• $15 million verdict in Charlottesville for the Estate of Yeardley Love—the largest wrongful death verdict in Virginia history.
• $10 million verdict against a private school in Virginia after a student suffered serious injuries during a school service project.
With each case, Kevin remains committed to the courtroom, pushing himself and his team to fight harder, prepare better, and ensure his clients receive the maximum possible recovery.
Kevin’s drive to fight for others comes from his own story. Raised in Tempe, Arizona, by immigrant parents, he learned early on that success isn’t given—it’s earned. He carries that lesson into every case, pushing himself and his team to fight harder, prepare better, and never back down. “Pressure is a privilege,” he often says, and he embraces the challenge of standing up for those who need it most.
His passion for personal injury law began in 2015 during an internship with the New York City Law Department, where he worked on a case involving a young boy with a traumatic brain injury. That case showed him the power of the legal system to change lives, and he’s been dedicated to that mission ever since.
Kevin graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School and earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Grand Canyon University, where he was honored as a Ray-Maben Scholar.
