Breit Biniazan partner, Attorney Jeffrey Breit, has been honored as a member of the Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame!

Founding the firm that eventually became Breit Biniazan in 1988, Jeffrey has served injury victims in Virginia for several decades, and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients during that time.
In addition to his work around the state of Virginia, Jeffrey has helped clients nationwide. He was one of the 15 attorneys who represented approximately 125,000 local Gulf-area individuals and businesses who were affected by the 2010 BP oil spill.
Jeffrey is committed to bettering the Virginia justice system beyond his own firm. He has been active member of many professional organizations during his time in the legal field, including serving as president of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association from 1998-1999. He was instrumental in convincing legislators to raise the financial cap on medical malpractice lawsuits.
Jeffrey commands the courtroom and the classroom; he teaches courses at the College of William & Mary Law School, Harvard Law School, and Columbia Law School. Jeffrey enjoys teaching and learning from the next generation of legal professionals, and cites his work as an adjunct professor as one of the most rewarding experiences of his legal career.
For the people who know Jeffrey personally, he is more than a dedicated trial lawyer. He is also a respected colleague, friend, — and surfing buddy for the group of attorneys who know him as “Sitos.” He exemplifies the model of an accomplished, highly-regarded attorney that Virginia Lawyers Weekly strives to recognize in their Hall of Fame.
